A Pittsylvania County home is destroyed by fire on Friday. The home was in the 14000 block of Rockford School Rd. and firefighters found the home was fully engulfed so reinforcements from 4 other fire companies were called in. The teams got the fire out in just under 2 hours. Investigators are trying to determine the fire’s cause but they say the damage was so severe that it will be a challenge to ascertain what happened.
