The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an altercation that occurred on Doyle Road involving a dirt bike rider and individuals at a residence.

According to initial information, a resident reported that a male subject drove up the roadway spinning gravel while riding a dirt bike. The resident confronted the individual and an argument occurred between the two parties. During the exchange, the suspect allegedly spit on the resident.

A 17 year old female who was present exited a vehicle to record the incident on her phone. As the suspect began to leave the area on the dirt bike, he allegedly kicked the 17 year old in the leg while riding away.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the incident.
