The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death following a well being check. On Wednesday deputies responded to 146 Williamson Drive in Yanceyville for a well being check.

During the check deputies discovered the body of the occupant, Tevis George inside the residence. The cause of death is not known at this time, but foul play is believed to be involved.

The sheriff’s office is currently searching for the victim’s vehicle, a 2003 Honda Civic with front end damage and NC license plate VAW-7975. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office at 336-694-2555.
