The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide. Sheriff Wayne Davis told BTW 21 that deputies were called to an apartment on Summit View Drive on Monday at around 7:30 am for a welfare check after a man didn’t show up for work.

When deputies made entry into the apartment they discovered a man deceased. According to Sheriff Davis, a door bell camera captured a video of a man and woman.

The identity of the man has not been revealed yet. The sheriff’s office is asking that anyone with information contact them at 276-656-4200.
