The Danville Planning Commission has recommended approval of a special use permit filed by J. Cubas Holdings , LLC to operate a Luxury RV Park that will be located off Jenny Lane in the City of Danville.
The applicant proposes a 46-acre high end, luxury RV resort consisting of 333 RV sites with guest amenities such as a clubhouse, restaurant, pool and fitness activities.
A condition was added to the approval of the special use to permit to include a traffic study that must be completed before the project can move forward. The recommendation with conditions now goes before Danville City Council who will consider it at their meeting on June 6.
