A threat to George Washington High School has closed in-person classes for the second day in a row. The school received a threat yesterday by e-mail and canceled in person classes yesterday.

Students will have classes virtually beginning at 9. A release from the school said in person classes are canceled today due to the continued investigation.

While the source of the threat remains under investigation, at this time there appears to be no credible evidence of a threat against GW students, according to the Danville Police Department.
