The Danville Police Department has arrested a suspect involved in multiple vehicle thefts across the city. 20-year-old Olanda E. Adkins, of Danville is facing felony and misdemeanor charges for receiving stolen goods, destruction of property, petit larceny, credit card theft, and grand larceny.

An investigation by the department has revealed that a small group of individuals is responsible for several vehicle thefts across the city.

The department is urging residents in Danville to lock their vehicles every time they exit. Also they encourage not to leave valuables in the car such as identification cards and credit cards.
