A Smith Mountain Lake marina has raised over $26,000 for charity. According to WSLS, Bridgewater Marina has raised $26,433 so far this year with the year-long Feed The Fish For Make-A-Wish program.

It’s a tradition that’s been going on for decades, with kids buying popcorn at the marina to feed to the carp around the docks. All the proceeds from that popcorn go to Make-A-Wish Greater Virginia. The Marina hopes to reach their goal of $30,000 by the end of the year.
