The City of Danville is applying for state grants to pay for for several proposed road improvement projects along with constructing a connector road at the Southern Virginia Mega Site at Berry Hill. According to the Register & Bee Danville is seeking funds for 4 projects while the Danville Metropolitan Planning Organization is applying for another two projects. Officials say that no local funding is to be used.
