A fire Sunday night broke out at Blue Ridge Fiberboard in Danville. According to the Danville Fire Department first arriving crews found flames and smoke just outside the facility that stores the fiberboard product prior to shipment. The Danville Life Saving Crew, Danville Police, Danville Electric and Danville Utilities also responded. It took more than 3 hours to get the fire put out. No one was hurt and the fire’s cause is being investigated.
