We’re learning more about last Wednesday’s fatal hit and run collision on Route 58 in Pittsylvania County. According to ABC13 Tabitha Hazelwood was driving an SUV that broke down and she along with her mother identified as Lenise Snead were pushing it off the road when it was hit. The driver then hit both women. Snead died at the scene and Hazelwood suffered life-threatening injuries. The driver ran from the crash and remains at large.
