Bail is now denied for the 19-year-old man charged with felony hit-and-run in last month’s death of Tyler Herndon in Danville. According to ABC 13 the state appealed the $35,000 bond granted on April 18 following the incident on Franklin Turnpike because the suspect was beloieved to be a flight risk. Police say Herndon was on his motorcycle when the suspect cut him off then ran Herndon over after he fell off the motorcycle.
