The South Boston Town Council is working with a developer to refurbish the John Randolph Hotel. According to 13 News the upgrades include a rooftop bar and a restaurant. Town officials are expecting the project to be around $11 million but taxpayers will be covering from $1 million to $3 million depending on if any grants can be obtained. The project is expected to take about 2 years to complete.
