Starting on Monday, the left lane of the northbound Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge will be closed from 8 am to 5 pm daily. The lane closure will allow a contract crew to perform field work so that permanent bridge repairs can be engineered.

The work is expected to take one week to complete. The contractor is Whitman, Requardt & Associates.
