(Axton, VA) – The Henry County Sheriff’s Office Vice Unit served a narcotics search warrant Thursday morning at 109 Mars Drive in the Axton Community. At roughly 6:00am the Sheriff’s office SWAT team executed the warrant at the home. Two individuals were located inside the home and have been charged.

Timothy Lee Smith,58 has been charged with the following:

  • Violation of Virginia Code Section: 18.2-248 – Possession with the Intent to Sell Schedule I

or II Drugs (Cocaine)

  • Violation of Virginia Code Section: 18.2-308.2 – Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted

Felon

  • Violation of Virginia Code Section: 18.2-308.4 – Possession of a Schedule I or II Drug While

Possessing a Firearm

Smith is being held at the Henry County Adult Detention Center without bond.

 

 

 

The other occupant of the residence is Amanda Michelle Henderson she has been arrest and charged with:

Violation of Virginia Code Section: 18.2-248 – Possession with the Intent to Sell Schedule I or II Drugs (Cocaine).

She is also being held at the Henry County Adult Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
