A man was arrested in Eden recently following a sexual assault of a minor. According to the Eden Police Department, officers received a report on May 5 in reference to a sexual assault involving a minor.
After a thorough investigation and consulting with the Rockingham County District Attorney’s Office, a warrant was secured for 20-year-old Rodney Jacob Small for one count of indecent liberties with a minor.
Small is being held without bond. At this time, the investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released.
