Glenn Youngkin is asking lawmakers to add in another $50 million for more school resource officers in the wake of the Texas elementary school mass shooting where nearly 20 students were killed. A spokesperson for Gov. Youngkin tells NBC 12 he met with senior education officials about making resources available to schools for providing mental health treatment access.
