DANVILLE, Va. – The river level is quickly receding and is now below flood level.

Goodyear Boulevard is now open. The intersection of Memorial Dr. and Park Ave. is open.

River Street remains closed, but will be opened later in the day on Sunday after crews clear the mud off the street surface.
