(Danville, Va.) – A Danville man faces up to 17 years in prison after entering guilty pleas for his role in a shooting outside Buffalo Wild Wings during the early morning hours of March 29.

The Danville Register and Bee reports that 28-year-old Joshua Lashawn Johnson pleaded guilty to shooting at an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm as a non-violent felon. He had been scheduled for trial on Wednesday.

Johnson is the second of four defendants to enter a plea in the case. Johnson, Marcus Maurice Hunt, Akira Jamal Clark and Ricus Watkins were all charged with exchanging gunfire in the parking lot of the Riverside Drive restaurant. The confrontation was captured on the store’s security cameras.

Johnson and Hunt were both wounded in the melee. Police found them undergoing treatment in the emergency room.

Johnson will be sentenced at a later date.
