(Danville, Va.) – A Danville grand jury has returned indictments against a man who police say set off a Molotav cocktail outside a local hotel in April.

28-year-old Colby Stefan Deshazo is being held at the Danville City Prison Farm on three indictments: feloniously manufacture/possess a bomb/explosive device, feloniously and maliciously attempt to commit arson by bomb or explosive device, and feloniously and maliciously discharge a firearm at an occupied building.

The charges stem from an incident that happened outside the Astoria Hotel at 1030 Piney Forest Road.

Police responded to a car fire in the parking lot and a report of shots fired. No one was injured.

Danville Police say Deshazo was arrested without incident on Monday.
