UPDATE: Danville Police say Donte Hawkins has been arrested without incident.

(Danville, Va.) — Danville Police are asking the public for help in finding a teenager charged with robbing a woman in the parking lot of Walgreens on South Main St.

18-year-old Donte Bruce Hawkins is also wanted in the May 17 robbery of Tobacco and More. Two days later, police say he approached a woman in the Walgreens parking lot, produced a gun and demanded money. Hawkins is charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Danville police say Hawkins should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Hawkins’ whereabouts is asked to call 911, Danville Crime Stoppers at (434) 793-0000.
