
The Danville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance to identify and locate a vehicle and suspects that were involved in a robbery. The robbery occurred on Friday afternoon at a downtown business.
The first robbery occurred in the 4500 block of Westover Drive at Dollar General at 1:24 p.m. A male victim was robbed at Dollar General Friday afternoon in the parking lot. The suspects took the victim’s phone and wallet with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The second robbery occurred in the 100 block of N. Market St. at Martinizing Cleaning, where the cash register was stolen with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The two robbery suspects are described as black males, one wearing a hoodie and another wearing a puffy jacket with a hood.
The vehicle is described as a gray Genesis with temporary North Carolina tags and damage to the vehicle.
