The suspect charged in a fatal shooting last September at the Danville-Pittsylvania County Fair takes a plea deal. According to the Register & Bee Tito Nathaniel Cobbs pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and use of a firearm in commision of murder in the death of Bartlett Yancey High School student Joshua Rone. Sentencing is to take place in July and Cobbs could be in jail for life.
