PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. – A single-vehicle accident claimed the life of a Gretna man Sunday night.
Virginia State Police say 26-year-old Cory Allen Coffey was headed west on Rt. 40 just before 10 p.m. Sunday when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road.
Coffey was taken to Gretna emergency facility where he later died. State Police say he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
