DANVILLE, Va. – A truck loaded with relief supplies will soon leave Danville, bound for Laurel, Mississippi.

The small community was devastated by tornadoes earlier this week. Three people were killed and more than a dozen injured when storms slammed Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi Monday evening. Trees were downed and homes smashed after high winds battered the town of Laurel.

God’s Pit Crew founder and President Randy Johnson has been in contact with relief crews on the ground and will be sending a tractor-trailer load of bottled waters, Gatorade and other relief items to residents of Laurel.
