(Caswell County, N.C.) — A Blanch, N.C. man died in a work-related accident Tuesday morning.

The Caswell County Sheriff’s office identifies the man as 23-year-old Desmond Stephens, of Blanch. According to investigators, Stephens was working at King Machine and was killed in an “industrial accident” Tuesday. No details were provided and there was no word on what lead to the workman’s death.

Stephens was pronounced dead at the scene of the facility, which is located near Yanceyville.

The North Carolina Department of Labor is investigating the incident.
