(Caswell County, N.C.) – The third suspect implicated in the shooting death investigation of a 17 year old on Arnett Blvd earlier this month has been arrested. Justin Montel Jones, 20, was arrested in Caswell County last night without incident. He is currently being held in the Caswell Country Detention center without bond.
After an extensive investigation by the Danville Police Department including surveillance footage and talking with witnesses, charges of conspiracy to commit first degree murder were levied against Jones, Ladreka Brandon, 33, Antonio Burton, 21. Brandon and Burton were arrested shortly after the shooting on March 10th and Jones had been on the run until Wednesday evening.
