(Lynchburg, Va.) — A Liberty University official is being held without bond, charged with attempted murder.
Authorities say Michael Hiskey, who served as Liberty University’s Academic Operations Analyst, was suspended from his position on November 5, the day after he was jailed.
Hiskey is charged with attempted murder, abduction and two counts of assault and battery of a family member.
He was booked on November 4 and is currently being held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail. Bond was denied.
