Three people were arrested on drug charges following the execution of a search warrant in Halifax County. On Friday at 1:30 am the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office received a call for service in reference to a disturbance at America’s Best Value Inn, located at 2050 Philpott Rd. in South Boston.

Responding deputies conducted a preliminary investigation, during which probable cause was established. A search warrant was subsequently obtained and executed at approximately 2:30 am by the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.

During the execution of the search warrant, deputies recovered multiple firearms, along with a quantity of narcotics. As a result of the investigation, three individuals were taken into custody without incident.

Bobbie Connor and Damion Conner were both arrested on drug and weapons charges and are both being held without bond. Harriston Robertson was also arrested on drug and weapons charges and was released after posting a $5k bond. The investigation remains ongoing and more charges could be coming.
