The Danville Police Department is excited to announce the return of the annual City vs. County Basketball event on Friday, July 10, at George Washington High School.

This year’s event will feature a new addition designed to bring even more energy and community pride—an all new cheerleading competition scheduled for 4 p.m.

Doors will open at 3 p.m., with the girls’ basketball game tipping off at 5 p.m., followed immediately by the boys’ game.

Admission is $10, cash only, available both in advance and at the door. All proceeds support annual community engagement events organized by the Danville Police Department.
