
Revenue was down for the second month in a row at Caesar’s Virginia in September compared to August. According to the Virginia Lottery Casino Activity Report, Caesar’s brought in just under $28.2 million in September down from just under $34.5 million in August and over $35 million in July.
Just under $21.2 million of the revenue came from slots, while just over $7 million came from table games. Of the three casinos in Virginia, Caesar’s was still the top earning casino in the state again as it was ahead of Rivers Casino Portsmouth at just under $24.3 million and ahead of Hard Rock Bristol at over $20.5 million.
The City of Danville will receive just under $2 million in tax revenue for the month of September from Caesar’s.
