
Two men were arrested on drug charges Wednesday in Henry County after the execution of a search warrant. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, the SWAT Team, in conjunction with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office VICE Division, executed a narcotics search warrant at 7064 Axton Rd.
Two individuals were located inside the home at the time of the warrant’s execution and multiple people were located outside the residence. During the search, investigators recovered a significant quantity of suspected marijuana, suspected cocaine, two illegally possessed firearms, a large amount of U.S. currency, and various items consistent with the distribution of narcotics.
43-year-old Marvin Dalton has been charged with Distribution of 5 lbs. or more of Marijuana, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Firearm while in Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

24-year-old Rico Dalton has been charged with Distribution of 5 lbs. or more of Marijuana, possession of cocaine, and possession of a Firearm while in Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Both men have been released on bond.
