The Danville Police Department is looking for an escaped inmate. Danville Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating Brett Landon Parrish, 44, an escaped inmate from Danville Adult Detention Center work crew.

Around 12:45 pm on Tuesday, Parrish walked away from a worksite at H.B. Moorefield Park at 4550 Riverside Drive. He was last seen headed west on Riverside Drive.

Parrish is a white male, 5 foot 8 inches around 150 lbs. He was last known to be wearing blue jeans and a yellow t-shirt. He is serving time for a probation violation, with an underlying charge of burglary. The Danville Police Department is currently using k9’s and aerial assets to locate Parrish.
