The Danville-Pittsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority has approved a performance agreement for a new employer in the region. The authority approved the agreement on Monday and the name of the employer is expected to be announced later this week by Governor Glenn Youngkin.

The new employer will be located at the Cyber Park in Danville. According to the agreement, the new employer will bring 36 jobs to the region with an average annual salary of over $77,000. The project will be a capital investment of at least $12.5 million.
