
Three men were arrested following the execution of search warrants in Rockingham County on July 3. According to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, deputies along with the NC State Bureau of Investigations (S.B.I.), The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (A.T.F.), Homeland Security (H.S.I.), Eden Police Department, and Madison Police Department executed search warrants at the residences of 1295, 1297, and 1360 Angell Rd. in Madison NC.
As a result of this investigation and search warrants executed at 1295 Angell Rd, 27-year-old Andrew Michael Marshall was arrested and charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Distribute Schedule II Controlled Substance and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine. Marshall was taken before the Magistrate where he was given a $2500.00 secured bond and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility.
As a result of this investigation and search warrants executed at 1297 Angell Rd, 63-year-old George Avery Boyd was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Firearm by Felon. Boyd was taken before the Magistrate where he was given a $3000.00 secured bond and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility.
Seized during the search warrant at 1297 Angell Rd. Madison NC, was 48 grams of Fentanyl, 16 grams of Methamphetamine, 17 grams of Marijuana, several pills, two firearms, $4746.00 in U.S. currency, three stolen vehicles, and a stolen trailer.
38-year-old Joseph Rontray Jenkins was arrested and charged with the following: Felony Trafficking Opium or Heroin, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell and Deliver (PWIMSD) Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell and Deliver (PWIMSD) Methamphetamine, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell and Deliver (PWIMSD) Marijuana, Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substances, 3 counts Felony Possession of Stolen Vehicle, three counts of Altering Serial Numbers, Felony PUR/SELL/ETC MV/Part ID, Felony Possession of Firearm by Felon, and Misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance.
Jenkins was given a $310,000.00 secured bond for his charges in Rockingham County, where he is still being held.
The residences where the search warrants were executed are also the locations where 45-year-old Harry Lee Willard was last reported as being seen when he was reported missing on January 21,2025. Willard is still missing at this time, and the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is still actively investigating his disappearance.
Another incident still being investigated is the overdose death of 40-year-old Jason Douglas Crawford at 1295 Angell Rd reported on November 2, 2024. This incident is still under investigation as well.
