A man has been arrested in Eden for sexual assault of a minor. According to the Eden Police Department, officers received a report in reference to a sexual assault involving a 15-year-old.  

After a thorough investigation, detectives obtained warrants on 41-year-old Tyler James Brown, of Eden, on charges of indecent liberties with a child and sexual battery. 

Brown went in front of a Rockingham County Magistrate, where he was issued a $25,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in Rockingham County District Court on June 26th at 9:00 am.
