Sovah Health Danville released its Community Impact Report for 2024 last week. Among the benefits touted in the report is the $25.6 million investment for capital improvements at the hospital, which included an expansion to the emergency department.

Sovah Heath Danville also says they added 61 employed and independent providers across the Danville and Martinsville campuses. The hospital had a payroll of over $94 million to its over 1,000 employees.

Sovah Health also says they donated more than $31 million in services to those in need last year and paid over $25.5 million in taxes.
