A man was arrested following a shooting in Eden on Tuesday. According to the Eden Police Department, at 1:57 pm officers with the Eden Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of McConnell Avenue in reference to a shooting.
Officers were on scene within two minutes of being dispatched and apprehended the suspect, 25-year-old Tashsean Jahki Noel of Burlington, NC. After an extensive investigation, the Eden Police Department has charged Tashsean Jahki Noel for the following:
Noel was transported to the Rockingham County Jail where he is being held under a $250,000 secured bond. Tashsean Jahki Noel is to appear in Wentworth District Court on May, 19, at 9:00 am.
