Two people have been arrested after a woman was killed in Franklin County on Monday. Corion Devontae Manns, 22, of Henry, and Isaiah Kahlil Witcher, 25, of Bassett, were taken into custody on Wednesday for the shooting death of 24-year-old Emily Grace Keene.

Both men have been charged with one felony count of Second-Degree Murder and one felony count of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. They are currently being held without bond pending court proceedings.

Keene’s body was found in the driver seat of her car on Monday at 11:52 am in the 500 block of Holley Ridge Road in Henry. Authorities on scene found Keene unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the homicide.
