The Danville Fire Department got a large gift from Caesars Virginia over the weekend. As part of International Firefighters’ Day, the casino donated a brand-new $1.6 million “Tower 1” ladder truck to the Danville Fire Department.

Caesars also hosted several members of the Danville Fire Department for a special breakfast at Ramsay’s Kitchen.

Caesars officially opened the doors on the new resort and casino in December. Since opening the casino has brought in $124 million in revenue through March.
