An eighth person has been charged and arrested following several thefts from motor vehicles in Danville. According to the Danville Police Department, 28-year-old Antonio Ballard, of Danville, was arrested on Tuesday.

Ballard has been charged with ten misdemeanors including three counts of petit larceny, attempt to obtain money by false pretenses, and six counts of tampering with a vehicle.
