A company is planning to bring child therapeutic day support services to Danville. On Monday, the Danville Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of a special use permit for Kare Partners, LLC’s proposal for the center to be located at 119 Cane Creek BLVD.

Kare Partners, LLC owns and operates Compleat KiDZ, a therapeutic day support program for children. Compleat KiDZ currently has 19 locations throughout North Carolina and southern Virginia. Operations at the Danville location would begin care of 25 children with plans to expand to 150 children within the first year. 

Sessions would be offered at 8:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm and would last 1.5 hours. Within five years, Compleat KiDZ will create 200 jobs in the area.

Danville City Council will vote on the special use permit at its April 1 meeting.
