Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued an order on Tuesday lowering flags to half-staff in honor of victims in the deadly Texas elementary school shooting. Police say an 18-year-old killed multiple students and a teacher at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde before confronting police. The shooter died in that confrontation. The flag order remains in effect through sunset on Saturday.
