The U.S. Social Security Administration releases the most popular baby names list for 2021. In Virginia Liam was the top choice for boys followed by Noah, James, William and Oliver. For girls, Charlotte was number one followed by Olivia, Emma, Ava and Sophia. Nationally the top boy’s name was Liam and the top girl’s name was Olivia. The Social Security Administration began compiling the baby names list 25 years ago.
