DANVILLE, Va. – One man has been arrested and another is at-large after an early afternoon shooting Tuesday.

Danville Police arrested Quentin Dewhan Pinchback, 19, of Danville in connection with a shooting in the 300 block of Seeland Road. 19-year-old Kalob Wayne Jones, also of Danville, has been charged and is still being sought.

The investigation began with a 911 call for shots fired about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police responded and found several vehicles with damage from bullets. A second call in the 100 block of Willoughby Place also involved gunshots and vehicle damage and police determined the two calls were related.

The circumstances that led up to the shooting are still under investigation.

Pinchback and Jones are charged with attempted malicious wounding and shooting from a moving vehicle.
