DANVILLE, Va. – Danville Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened Friday night at Domino’s Pizza on the South Boston Road.

Officers responded to a reported robbery at the restaurant just after 9 p.m.

An employee told investigators that a black man with a gun approached him and demanded money. The robber took an unknown amount of money and ran from the business.

No shots were fired and no one was injured.

Police say the robber was skinny and wearing a dark hoodie with a black bandanna covering his face.
