21-year-old Justin Jones is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
21-year-old Antonio Burton is charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in a felony.
33-year-old Ladreka Brandon is charged with accessory after the fact to homicide and 23-year-old Germany Carter is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
King, of Danville, was gunned down in the middle of Arnett Boulevard on a Sunday afternoon last month. The homicide happened just before 4:00 pm in front of 741 Arnett.
When officers responded, they found the 17-year-old male lying in the street. The Danville Lifesaving crew was called but the teen was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers recovered a number of spent shell casings in the street.
A Danville grand jury returned the indictments this week. Jones, Burton, and Carter remain in the Danville City Jail. Brandon was released on bond.
