(Danville, Va.) — Danville Police have arrested the man they say went door-to-door, claiming to represent the Boys and Girls Club of the Danville Area.

Tony Lee Gunter was arrested Tuesday and is being held in the Danville City Jail without bail. He faces a fraud charge. According to police, this is at least Gunter’s third offense.

The organization does not conduct door-to-door solicitations.
