According to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service, extremely cold temperatures and light winds will combine to produce wind chills in the low- to mid-teens Wednesday morning.

Conditions will worsen on Wednesday, with wind chills around 25 degrees during the day and 2 degrees overnight Wednesday evening and into Thursday morning.
