(Danville, Va.) – Danville Police are seeking two men wanted for questioning in an Sunday morning homicide on Downing Drive. The shooting happened during a party in the Windsor Heights subdivision.

Authorities are looking for 27-year-old Brandon Marcha Jones of Danville, who is wanted for felony possession of drugs. They are also asking the public for help in locating Antwain Maurice Jones, 34, of Culpeper, Va. He is being sought for domestic assault and battery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The Danville Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at about 3:09 a.m. in the 400 block of Downing Drive. Officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
The 31-year-old male died of his injuries and has been identified as David Bernard Stewart of Danville. A 23-year-old female underwent surgery and is still receiving medical treatment.
